2. Return Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within the return period from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be returned:

    • In original packaging
    • In good condition
    • With the original invoice
  • Returns will not be accepted if:
    • Original packaging has been opened or torn

  • Marsimio monitors return activity and may refuse returns in case of suspicious or excessive returns.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • Refunds for credit card payments may take up to 30 days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.
  • Shipping and handling charges are refundable only if the products are defective or damaged.
  • Exchanges are not currently available for online purchases in the UAE.
