Delivery Within the UAE

Marsimio General Trading delivers orders across the United Arab Emirates.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: AED 35
  • Store Pickup Fee: AED 10
  • Delivery Charge Exemption: Delivery fees are waived only for customers using valid discount coupons.

Delivery times may vary and may be extended for remote or hard-to-reach areas.

Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Non-Working Days: Fridays and UAE public holidays

Home or Business Delivery

You may choose home or business delivery at checkout. Where available, same-day delivery can be selected.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. To ensure successful delivery, please ensure your address and contact details are complete and accurate.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes
  • Orders cannot be delivered to Armed Forces or Ministry of Interior addresses
  • Delivery is available only within the UAE

If all delivery attempts fail, the order will be canceled and returned to our warehouse.

Failed Delivery & Refunds

  • If a prepaid order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, a refund will be initiated automatically once the order reaches our warehouse.
  • Refunds may take 14–30 days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.

Ordering & Collection (Pickup Orders)

During peak seasons, Marsimio General Trading reserves the right to restrict or suspend ordering and collection services.

Orders are prepared based on product availability on https://marsimio.com/. Some products may include complimentary samples or gifts, subject to availability and eligibility.

Partial Order Preparation

At checkout, customers may choose to allow partial order preparation:

  • If enabled and a product becomes unavailable, you will be notified.
  • You will be charged only for available items.
  • Promotional offers that apply to full orders do not apply to partial orders.
  • If a full-order promotion is applied and any product becomes unavailable, the entire order will be canceled.

If partial order preparation is not selected, and any product becomes unavailable, the entire order will be canceled.

Order Collection

Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via SMS and/or email.

  • Orders must be collected within 5 days of notification.
  • To collect your order, you must present:
    • Order number
    • SMS or email notification
    • Valid photo ID

A third party may collect the order on your behalf, provided they present the same required documents.

If the order is not collected within 5 days, it will be canceled and refunded automatically. Refund processing may take 14–30 days, depending on your card issuer.

⚠️ Cash on Delivery is not available for pickup orders.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

For all delivery methods, customers must notify our Customer Service team of any missing, incorrect, or damaged items within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
