        "rendered": "<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Delivery Within the UAE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Marsimio General Trading delivers orders across the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard Delivery Fee:<\/strong> AED 35<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Store Pickup Fee:<\/strong> AED 10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delivery Charge Exemption:<\/strong> Delivery fees are waived only for customers using valid discount coupons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery times may vary and may be extended for <strong>remote or hard-to-reach areas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Working Days:<\/strong> Saturday to Thursday<br><strong>Non-Working Days:<\/strong> Fridays and UAE public holidays<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Home or Business Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You may choose home or business delivery at checkout. Where available, <strong>same-day delivery<\/strong> can be selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our delivery partners will attempt delivery <strong>up to three (3) times<\/strong>. To ensure successful delivery, please ensure your address and contact details are complete and accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Important Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders cannot be delivered to Armed Forces or Ministry of Interior addresses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery is available <strong>only within the UAE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If all delivery attempts fail, the order will be canceled and returned to our warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Failed Delivery &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a prepaid order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, a refund will be initiated automatically once the order reaches our warehouse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds may take <strong>14\u201330 days<\/strong> to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ordering &amp; Collection (Pickup Orders)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>During peak seasons, Marsimio General Trading reserves the right to <strong>restrict or suspend ordering and collection services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders are prepared based on product availability on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/marsimio.com\/\">https:\/\/marsimio.com\/<\/a><\/strong>. Some products may include complimentary samples or gifts, subject to availability and eligibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Partial Order Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At checkout, customers may choose to allow partial order preparation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If enabled and a product becomes unavailable, you will be notified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be charged only for available items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotional offers that apply to full orders <strong>do not apply<\/strong> to partial orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a full-order promotion is applied and any product becomes unavailable, the <strong>entire order will be canceled<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If partial order preparation is <strong>not selected<\/strong>, and any product becomes unavailable, the <strong>entire order will be canceled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Order Collection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via <strong>SMS and\/or email<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders must be collected within <strong>5 days<\/strong> of notification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To collect your order, you must present:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SMS or email notification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid photo ID<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A third party may collect the order on your behalf, provided they present the same required documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the order is not collected within 5 days, it will be canceled and refunded automatically.
